Stock Quote Block will not allow you to add symbols from a Smartphone

When trying to add a stock symbol from a Smartphone the block presents a dropdown menu that says 0 selected rather than an editable block. See below:

This will not allow you to access the block or add any stocks.

WORKAROUND: Currently, the only workaround is to add stocks from a PC, Tablet, or Laptop with an up-to-date web browser.
