Enhance the Icons capability in dakboard to include small cropped images from the DAKboard media Library

• Enhance current icon functionality

1. tab between icon media library (display rocket upgrade for essentials users without Media Library access)
2. Provide listing of media library icons to select that will resize when selected.
3. Always crop circle all images
