Hide or remove hover text

Description: With increased adoption of touchscreen DAKboard display devices, it is apparent that hover text is sometimes displayed in content blocks on the DAKboard screens while displaying some content. This can be worked around by plugging in a mouse into the CPU/Wall Display/Raspberry Pi and moving it to another location, but that is not normally available and desired by most clients to do.

This case has been created to review the necessary steps involved with hiding and removing all hover text for DAKboard URLs, to prevent their display and impact the view of DAKboard screens. At this time we do not see justification for this to be available with a toggle or checkbox, as no use case has emerged for them to remain.
