Add checkbox for disable/enable functionality of URLs in RSS feed block, disable in WOD

Description:

• For RSS block, add an additional checkbox (default unchecked) which will control if any URLs or hyperlinks are functional:

• For the word of the day block, disable all URLs and links, and do not give the option to enable

After discussions, revised disclaimer verbiage on the new toggle can be:

Caution: Only click links to sites you trust; unknown URLs from RSS feeds may contain unsafe or malicious content
