Sound Support Added to Scheduled Text Block

Description: A need is emerging for sound notifications from DAKboard screens. We would like to leverage the new scheduling capabilities added recently to make this versatile, with the scheduled text block.

Include Scheduled text in the Audio/Video category of the ADD modal, and update description to the following: Add text with option audio reminders to your screen based on a daily or hourly schedule

Enhance the Scheduled Text block to support the options for audio added to each schedule time option like shown. Default set to 'NONE': Editing Schedule with additional help text added Please add a play button to the right of the tone selection for preview*:
