Spotify Album art and block hide after music is paused for 10 minutes without check mark in place

It was found when researching a customer issue that even if the "Hide this audio block when paused for more than 10 minutes" is unchecked that the Spotify Audio block hides. When the music is playing or when paused for under 10 minutes, the visuals remain.
