Predefined Screen handling of Multi-Day Events

Open Dan-Peck opened this issue 2 years ago • 0 comments

Describe the bug When using the Predefined Screen's Calendar with multi-day events, and the last day covers the full day, it is still treated as a "specific time" event, which is not clear. e.g., event shows only as "12:00am {title}".

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Create a 2+ day event in Google calendar by dragging a bar from the first to last day
  • Configure DAKboard Predefined Screen to display the calendar that has the event
  • Notice that the last day shows as "12:00am {title}" and does not have any "All Day" style background

Expected behavior The last day of the multi-day event should be treated as if it were an "all day" event if it covers 12:00am through 11:59pm.

Desktop (please complete the following information): Tested with Chrome on Win10

Additional context In the meantime, I can work around by turning on "Day X of Y" and/or "Show End Times" for the Predefined Screen, or using the Custom Screen display, instead.
