Ada2012 bindings done

I have finished Ada2012 bindings for Raptor library. (The bindings are thick object oriented.)

It is almost complete but not enough tested. (There are some unit tests but they don't cover all classes.)

Please accept this pull request for people to start using it and testing by the way.

After you accept it (or if you don't accept in some reason, then despite not of being accepted), I am going to make a patch for redland-bindings Debian package. It should become included into Debian for higher exposure and thus greater testing.
