Add privacy-respecting analytics

Not only would it be interesting to know where in the world people are visiting from, it would be useful to know the user agent is the browsers they're using for the sake of further optimisation.

However, two considerations for any candidate solution:

  • It must be privacy-respecting.
  • It must not reduce the performance of the site much
