Update standard library list for go 1.23

It'd be great to get a release after the standard library list is updated as well (so golangci-lint and such can better support Go 1.23).

The version variable (also gci --version) still points to the old version: https://github.com/daixiang0/gci/blob/dca258a399bf32ab20c73ab4edb726cfff7224ef/main.go#L9

I'm not sure what the best way to fix it would be. Releasing a new version?
