Hi, would it be possible to provide requirements.txt for necessary python libraries and their versions?

Hi thank you for writing requirements, I wanted to merge but I'd like to avoid hard limitation of library versions. I'm using PyTorch 1.x actually though it is specified as 0.4, ... I'd leave it rather free regarding version. Other than that, what is metrics for? Any of dependent library uses that...?

Thanks but in summary, if we could:

  • Remove version requirements.
  • Clarify if we need metrics. Then I think no problem. Thanks anyway!
