Is it mandatory to sign up to download the model?

Hello I want to download GCN model from Baidu site However, I encountered the content that I had to sign up as a member. Moreover, the language of the download site is composed of Chinese, I cannot procedure anything. Is there another method to download your model without signing up?

Hi, I'm not sure whether it is mandatory to sign up. If needed, can you try it first? I tried to upload it to GoogleDrive, but failed. If you still have issues, I can try again.
