Slot termination weirdness

I try to terminate everything on a host and it times out:

java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

SSH into the slot and the directory is missing:

Run a show:

Exit back to coordinator:

Run a show of everything and see that slot is now missing (and doesn't have host or machine):
