为什么构造方法中要先调用setProgress后调用setMax呐？

我在使用的时候，需求初始的max是500，current是300，当我在xml设置完成后显示的是0%，后来我查看了源码并且修改了原来的构造方法，将setMax和setProgress执行顺序交换，解决了我的问题，正常显示60%，我想问的是，为什么要先执行setProgress后执行setMax，他们会产生bug吗？
