BUG 🐛: Feed Scroll Position Not Retained After Navigating Back

What went wrong? 🤔

In the Android app (unsure about iOS), when I scroll through the feed and open a post, pressing the back button returns me to the top of the feed instead of where I left off. This makes it frustrating to find the post again if I open something by mistake. Please look into preserving the scroll position when navigating back.

Expected Behavior

I should be back to the post that I opened rather than to the top of my feed.

Steps to Reproduce Issue

Scroll down and open a post. Then return back. You will be back to the top of the feed.

@Upwardlure123 Thanks for reporting this, do you see this happen persistenly or is it a one-off experience? This issue has been reported in the past but we haven't been able to reproduce it. If you could share a recording or additional info, that might be very helpful.

As per my experience, I get this issue only in Squads tab. The issue is always persistent, and it starts at the second time of clicking a post and taking back action. For the first time, it works properly.

STR

• Go to Squads tab
• Enter into any Squad to view the feed
• Scroll and open any post
• Back (It is working properly)
• Click another post and then take back action - this time the feed will be scrolled back to the starting of the feed.

Hope this will do. Also can share recording if needed.
