Did you by any chance put the Ultimaker2+ firmware on an Ultimaker2? The Ultimaker2+ has a different feeder for which the motor needs to rotate the other way around.

We've seen this problem a few more times. We're not 100% sure what is causing it, it has to do with initialization of the 3D rendering that is failing. Re-installing...

In general, this has been linked to color settings. I know this happens when you put your system in 16 bit color mode.

Ah, yes, this is a linux specific problem. Both windows and OSX automatically add the extension in the save dialog.

No clue. Cura is just using openGL to render that view. Does glxgears work trough your remote X?

There is no $OUTDIR variable, that's actually part of the output path. Hench the blackslash. (Exe installers are odd like that)

Known problem. The wipe/prime tower is printed at full extrusion for every extruder. With dual extrusion this is "ok" as you get some over extrusion, but the printers handle this...
