Infill is always 100percent

Hi, I have a problem on Cura 15.04.6 When I set my infill, I either choose 10 percent or 100 percent, the result will always be the same : 100 percent, which is a pain for my filament rolls...

I don't know why, I did'nt noticed this problem before (I don't think it was here), it does not depend on the object (it'll even happen with a cube...)

Do I have some wrong settings ?

Most likely if your infill is 100%, it's not actually infill, but something else, top/bottom thickness? Wall thickness? Start off with default settings.
