cura wont conect to my printer

when I am trying to connect to the printer to print it will only allow it to save the g file.

What printer, what version of Cura?

Cura V15.04.3 won't connect to serial port on my computer. The USB icon appears but when I click on it a box comes up with connect and then goes grey. Nothing happens. I have set the communications settings for serial port to COM3 and Baudrate to 250000. Having them set on auto did nothing at all.

The printer is a Cocoon Create.
