[Enhancement] Enhancement on science RGB signal display.

As a followup to #2417 the science screen need to have more ways to be able to monitor RGB signals in a minimalist way.

Potential ideas include

• a VU meter like peak indication (example https://www.youtube.com/shorts/CT3ARg-s1N8)
• the ability to chose the scale of the RGB signals with sliders. @aBlueShadow was playing with space allocated and signal gain which is a really cool idea and very simple to implement, see attached screenshot.
  • As we zoom them out we might have enough space to superpose them while keeping them readable.

My personal opinion head towards the easy implementation of zooming the signals while increase sensitivity.

This means the science officer can choose between a low sensitive "I can see big object in my way" vibe to a "There is something specific I need to find" Vibe.

However there needs to be very careful balance with not encroaching the potential future Sensor screen #2417.
