Added ship bearing and ship target bearing indicators

Added indicators to resolve #2380.

• Added setting menu
• Added color configuration for the icon
• Compatible with auto rotation lock
• Enabled for helm positions only (Helms, single pilot, tactical).

Limitations:

• When the radar is smaller, the waypoint and baring ticks can get in the way
• If you have different helm positions on the same computer (Helms, single pilot, tactical), the target bearing angle does not transfer to the other positions
