Handling issue #2376.

Added a component to scroll identical height GUI components, GuiElementListBox. Added a search function, compatible across languages

Missing feature, translation of the default search bar text.

[EDIT2]: The scrollbar knob size also changes radically with each page, I was debating wether to keep it always the same.
