Scenario: Beacon - Don't require redock to continue to next section

During the ambush sequence, previously, the scenario only advances to the next section when you're docked to Orion. If you ignore the enemies, refit your nukes and then destroy the ambush ships, the game doesn't advance to the next section and never told you to redock with Orion after destroying the enemies, making it unclear how to continue.

With this Merge Request, the scenario will now hail the player and advance immediately after destroying the last ambush ship, if you've already refitted your nukes.
