Support Search Index

This Pull Request follows https://github.com/daichirata/hammer/pull/66 and adds support for creating index for full-text search.

NOTE: I haven't implemented ALTER SEARCH INDEX for migrating search index. Instead, the search indexes are always dropped and then recreated.
