Installing mrepo isn't so automatic anymore, needs instructions on install from clone of github or zip file to go with all the other documentation. Just a mention of make;make install would cover it. see also copr.fedoraproject.org

The usual rpmbuild -tb /path/to/tar.gz didn't work?
