Simple geo reporter

A minimal, abstract application that lets people submit useful geo+time information.

The basic interaction is extremely simple: you go to the site in your mobile browser, and -- at its most minimal -- you click a button, which records:

• Location
• Date/time

Beyond that basic version, could allow a user to have the option to change the time or location for a submission before submitting.

Probably use a Google Spreadsheet as the app backend (then can be a totally static JS site.)

Example uses:

• Anonymously report gunfire
• Report when (and where) you saw a corgi!
