[dagit] Hide hidden asset group job from Instance Overview

Summary & Motivation

I merged a change in 4714e48f that allowed hidden asset group jobs to show up in the Instance Overview list. We don't really want them there, so filter them back out.

How I Tested These Changes

Kick off an asset materialization from an asset group. View Instance Overview, verify that the the "ASSET_JOB" item is no longer visible in the run list below the timeline.
