Test dagster on Python 3.10

Hi,

Any news regarding the support for python 3.10 ? Are there anything preventing the migration ? I am not familiar with dagster repo but if I can help, feel free to ask for it.

Hey, any progress here? Due to reasons we are at python 3.7 and an older dagster version. It be nice if we wouldn't have to update twice, patter matching is pretty neat.

Hey, the latest version of Dagster seems to support Python 3.10. My feeling is that this issue should be closed.
