What's the use case?

Individually adding variables can be a pain point. Provide an advance mode where users can just edit an env file

Ideas of implementation

an option for an advanced mode to enter a list of env variables in a multiline text field with validation.

It is ok to remove comment lines on save, which is fine.

This also provides a way to easily clone a projects env variables

Portainer has a multiline text field where you manage a list of variables for a stack deployment.
