docs: Add Java run example to custom applications

We need to document how to use Dagger in a Java custom application on this page. @eunomie I know you are all setup, do you mind tackling this issue for the docs? 🙏

I'll do that 👍 Currently it's not ready, I'm working on it. Basically it needs #9767 I opened (it's in draft) earlier today, and that's the first step to #9194 . Once we have that, then we can really document that aspect.
