Post Cloud URL to job summary

What are you trying to do?

While playing with the new traces feature I noticed it's not particularly easy to get from a PR on GitHub to the relevant trace on Dagger Cloud (especially with multiple projects).

It would be really helpful if the action posted a job summary after completion with a direct URL to the trace.
