VD corrected data

VD apparently changed its data from the 23rd onwards. According to the cantonal website given in the source the correct number for the 25th is only 2215 confirmed cases.

There is also a new URL for the data (compared to te URL found in scrape_vd.sh)

The new URL is: https://www.vd.ch/toutes-les-actualites/hotline-et-informations-sur-le-coronavirus/point-de-situation-statistique-dans-le-canton-de-vaud/

It also contains some daily data from the past.

The URL of the data wrapper should not change (https://datawrapper.dwcdn.net/tr5bJ/1/). But "RENS EMCC VDH/JRD" Waadt/Vaud seems to change the URL of the table ( https://www.vd.ch/toutes-les-actualites/hotline-et-informations-sur-le-coronavirus/point-de-situation-statistique-dans-le-canton-de-vaud/)
