Adding goverment measures to data visualization

Hi,

Thanks a lot for making this, it looks great.

I was wondering, mabye you could add the measures the goverment has taken at different time points in the various cantons.

I could provide a csv file with this data in case you like the idea.

I think the idea is great and can be used by lots of other project as well. Please upload the first version of your CSV file into this issue.

This is the first version of the file that contains all measures of all Kantons. Let me know if this is useful.
