Feature request: explicit on/off commands

There's a toggle command but it would be nice to have an explicit on and an explicit off command as well.

I would like to add that this feature is very much still desired.

I find YesAlready keeps getting turned off my other plugins, which is fine, but is not being turned back on afterward. It would be nice to be able to add a chat command to the start of a macro to ensure it is turned back on before certain activities.
