Import from old version fails sometimes

It's worked on the test instances I set up, but when I tried to import old data from my personal instance of laverna, it failed and blew up the data. I tried using the automatic pop up when you create the account (it "failed to import" there) and then I tried the recovery in the settings menu, which didn't provide any sort of response.

Obviously, this is somewhat of a high priority item.
