disabled sites list should support disabling by image URL

On some sites TZP shows popups not just for images of interest like photographs, but also for buttons' images, which are not desired. The Disabled Sites preference currently lets the user disable pop-ups coming from a specified page, but not pop-ups for a particular image.

The proposal is to also check the disabled sites list against the pop-up image's URLs. To add a URL the user could press 'L' to copy the URL of the undesired pop-up, and then go to preferences and add a new URL based on that (with some parts wildcarded). Or we could add a new button "Add Last Pop-up Image" which would pre-fill the add dialog with the image's URL. If the user wants to exclude multiple images he'd need to replace part of the name with "*".
