Versioning Request

I noticed that there were a couple of breaking changes, e.g. 0.8.0 -> 0.8.1 0.8.3 -> 0.8.4

Would it be possible to follow something like SemVer, or at least to increase the middle digit when breaking changes happen? It would help users to know what to look out for.
