added support for markdown

adds integration into http://github.com/jensjns/acf-markdown-field

that being said, that plugin doesn't seem to report changes properly (reported this as an issue here https://github.com/jensjns/acf-markdown-field/issues/4) .. so the integration only works after initial load ..

note it would be good to instead create some sort of callback mechanism to handle other fields types, so that the PR would no longer be needed.

I also want to handle flexible_content but I guess this would be something that should go directly into this plugin
