Add an option to change the working directory

By default programs should be executed with their same directory as working 
directory (so I/O is more intuitive). Also it should be configurable.

Actually, you can check this...
Run npp, select plugins -> nppexec -> follow$(current_directory)
This might solve your problem...
I think pocket c++ is not bad!
