This bug was fixed in v1.3.15.4 (#4991) with #5436
Sorry, we are compiling with `0x0A00` to define some required Windows 10 structures/constants. But linking with `/MACHINE:X64 /SUBSYSTEM:WINDOWS,6.00`. Anyway maybe those definitions might be the problem.
