vi-like text editing and selection

It would be very convenient if sakura offered a vi-like mode for text selection and if possible editing too. This kind of mode is present inside alacritty, although it is limited to only text selection.

features include terminal navigation using h-j-k-l keys, text selection using visual mode, copying-pasting-cutting the selected text inside visual mode, searching for strings using the '/' key etc.
