Feature Request: Don't show scrollbar when there is nothing to scroll, or alternatively autohiding scrollbar when the cursor is not near it.

I love the scrollbar, but it's a bit of an eyesore in an empty terminal or in a terminal that is running an ncurses program such as pyradio. I think it would be great, if there were either a scrollbar autohide option, so that the bar would only pop up if the cursor is in the area, or if it weren't visible when there is nothing to scroll in an empty terminal use case.

Anyway thanks for the great work, Sakura is pretty great!
