toggleSiblingsResp = false is not working

Hi, I think the toggleSiblingsResp option is not working as expected. Even if it is set to false siblings can be hidden/shown

I think it's in line:

and I guess line 736 did not respect this flag?

But I am not sure how to solve the logic there.
