Popup on hovering links doesn't go away when moving mouse

Page refresh is needed to make it disappear.

Can't seem to replicate this using my machine on Firefox. But I'm on Windows, I don't have access to a linux.

If you're able to debug and find the issue, I'd welcome a PR!

Unfortunately I don't have the skills to do that... For now I have the extension disabled.

In my Windows 10 VM it indeed didn't happen.
