Add support for GitHub Enterprise Server

An options page could be added to the extension, which would allow you to specify the domains that this extension would run on.

This would add support for GitHub Enterprise Server.

I've never had access to enterprise github so I'm not sure how that works. Feel free to submit a PR!

You could also try the the user style option with Stylus. That will allow you to specify which domains you want the css to apply to.
