Remodeling the Baseline LAB to OffSec/PenTest LAB

hi, please, I finished the baseline LAB, everything works smooth and I want to continue with one alternative from end of the book "19.2.4 Outfitting an Offensive Security/Penetration testing lab".

First, I added the "Foothold VM Linux DVWA" as ubuntu VM to IPS 1 network and installed the DVWA from github. I set the http proxy on 172.16.2.1 and tried to access this VM from Kali VM with success. So then I tried to move the Kali to management network with new IP from DHCP = 172.16.1.5

And now I'm stuck on the correct network settings for Kali VM. How to be able to download updates and installments from the internet and how to be able to access the Foothold vulnerable VM in IPS 1 network through the firewall?
