'libarchive-tar-perl' issue

after while executing the autosnort-ubuntu-AVATAR.sh script I was hit with a error stating: E: Package 'libarchive-tar-perl' has no installation candidate

Has there been anyone able to resolve this issue?

btw, i am actively troubleshooting the problem because it is in my way to completing a project. i will update this post if i resolve the issue. any feedback is greatly appreciated.
