Pin signature to IPFS

Description (what needs to be done) / Expected Behavior Using IPFS storage or free tier of pinata - anything that's free is fine - pin the signature for Lite (contains proposal info etc)

Acceptance Criteria

Lite signatures are pinned to ipfs

Supporting information (Figma link, notes, etc)

When finished, please add Link to the PR or completed Figma / design asset, as a comment to the ticket.
