Add 'Legal' View
This should be implemented as an additional "Legal" view, after Features and before Review & Deploy. If the user elects to instantiate a legal entity for the DAO,
- Additional fields appear for the user to enter legal information– such as a mailing address and the full names of the initial members.
- Formation documents (e.g. Operating Agreement, Articles of Organization) for the legal entity are then auto-generated for the user(s) to sign with their public keys.
The OpenLaw API could be utilized to sign and publish a hash of the agreement(s) on-chain.
Furthermore, the registration process could be linked on the backend to the registration portals of the relevant jurisdictions or to local registered agents. The fees to the state and registered agents could be bundled into the final deployment transaction.
At first the only option will be BBLLC, but we plan to integrate additional legal entities such as Wyoming LLC, Malta Technology Arrangement, and others as they emerge.
