Feature Request: Filter store and restore queue by PNFSID

Hey dCache devs,

Would be great to be able to filter store/restore queues by PNFSID same way you can list a replica. This could be helpful when you have a pool with many requests and you just care about a single file.

So sth like {st/rh} ls PNFSID
