Feature-Request: Receive Macaroons from Frontend as well

Dear dCache developers,

we are finally in the process of moving some load off to the Rest-Api. In addition, we are migrating several of our local customers from pins to QoS, since it reflects their use case whereas pins are more a dirty hack from the past. We are currently working on providing scripts and give additional help to them. We found that it would be quite handy to be able to receive Macaroon from the Frontend-service as well. These groups don't use WebDav at all, rather just NFS for access. So it would be neat to offer them a single endpoint against which they can do all the necessary operations be it REST calls or getting a macaroon to easily deal with the REST calls. Since these users are not really familiar with certificate based workflow to use with REST, I would propose generating a macaroon would fir best.

It's not a high priority, but nice to have.

Thanks a lot, Christian
